Portal & Systems

Jessica Jolley is an operations, research and community support specialist whose work sits at the intersection of logistics, care, and crisis response. Jessica brings more than a decade of experience in volunteer leadership, production management, and nonprofit operations, with a career shaped by making complex environments run smoothly for the people inside them.

Before joining PostFire, she managed large-scale creative productions, hospitality teams, and technical crews, where she became known for her calm problem-solving, clear communication, and ability to turn chaos into coordinated movement.

Her recent work in disaster recovery deepened that foundation. As Operations Coordinator for a 4,000 sq. ft. relief hub in San Diego, she built and led warehouse systems that supported flood survivors across the region - overseeing logistics, donations, vendor partnerships, and a rotating volunteer force of more than fifty people. She developed scalable structures for tracking, distributing, and documenting essential resources, ensuring that survivors received what they needed with accuracy and dignity.

Across roles and sectors, Jessica’s leadership is guided by a simple belief: people deserve clarity, compassion, and dependable systems, especially in moments of loss. She is committed to building operational frameworks that reduce overwhelm, increase access, and make recovery feel less frightening and more navigable for the communities PostFire serves.
